Ecobreeze products are supplied for commercial and professional use. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted for verified faulty or damaged goods, in line with the conditions below.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with a fault, damage, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue:
● Email: Orders@ecobreeze.com
● Include your order number
● Attach clear photos showing the issue and packaging
Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Assessment & Resolution
All reported faults are subject to inspection and verification.
If a fault is confirmed, Ecobreeze may, at its discretion:
● Replace the faulty item
● Repair the item
● Issue a credit or refund equivalent to the product value
Ecobreeze’s liability is limited strictly to the goods supplied. We are not responsible for consequential losses, installation costs, downtime, or indirect expenses.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or suitability decisions made after purchase.
Consumables & Hygiene Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once supplied:
