The App does not allow user self-registration. Users must already have an existing Ecobreeze account created by an administrator. The App only accesses data related to that account.

We will process the following data about you:

Information you give us

This is information about you that you provide through the App by accessing or updating your account. This may include:

• First name and surname

• Email address (used for login)

• Phone number (optional)

• Password updates (when performed by the user)

The App allows you to manage your existing account and perform commissioning activities. Any updates you make will be sent securely to the Ecobreeze Portal.

Information collected as part of commissioning activity

When you use the App, we collect operational data including:

• Commissioning job activity (start, finish, status such as success, failed, partial)

• Device information associated with the commissioning actions

• IP address (only when performing password reset for security)

Permissions used by the App

The App may request access to:

• Camera (optional) – used solely for scanning QR codes during commissioning. No images or videos are saved or stored.

• Notifications (optional) – used to notify you of important app-related events (only enabled if you grant permission).

The App does not store photos, track location or access media files.

The App does not use cookies.
However, the associated Ecobreeze Portal you may access from the App follows the cookie practices outlined in our main Privacy Policy.

Uses Made of the Information

We use information held about you for the following purposes:

Information you give to us

We will use this information:

• to authenticate your access to the App;

• to allow you to perform commissioning actions on Ecobreeze devices;

• to update information in the Ecobreeze Portal via secure APIs;

• to ensure the App functions as intended.

We do not use your information for marketing.

Information collected during commissioning activity

We will use this information:

• to record and track commissioning jobs;

• to update the Ecobreeze Portal with device status and commissioning results;

• to assist internal staff and authorised portal users in monitoring device deployment.

Where required, we may combine the information you provide with the information already stored in the Ecobreeze Portal in order to maintain accurate account records and commissioning history.

• Authorised internal personnel

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Where We Store Your Personal Data

All data processed through the App is stored securely in:

• Microsoft Azure SQL Database (UK region)

Only authorised personnel may access the database.

The App itself does not permanently store personal data on the device.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the App; any transmission is at your own risk.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• request access to personal data we hold about you,

• request correction of inaccurate personal data,

• request deletion of your data.

Please note that deleting your data or account will disable the use of the App.
